This camera is certainly not "Plug and Play" as advertised! The software in this product works like something left over from the 1990's. my first clue was the pixelated desktop icon, it looks like a poor pac-man character. the instructions are poorly worded at best and you practically have to be able to write code to make this thing work. I was finally able to get it to work using the very short cable provided to link up to the router. however I am still not able to access it wirelessly. Even after calling the non help support phone number. they basically told me they don't know how to make it work.
